Andrew Williams is a naturopath whose approach to health has been shaped by more than two decades of professional experience, lifelong learning and a genuine curiosity about what supports lasting well-being.
His journey into naturopathy began with a personal search to better understand his own health. What started as a desire for answers gradually became a lifelong commitment to exploring the many factors that influence well-being. Along the way, he studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, clinical nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle medicine, Taiji and Qigong, developing a deep appreciation for the connections among the body, mind, movement, nutrition and everyday life.
After graduating from the Ecole Quebecoise de la Naturopathie in Montreal in 2004, Andrew spent more than twenty years working in the natural health industry. During that time, he helped people make informed choices about nutrition, herbal medicine, supplements and healthy lifestyle practices.
Rather than viewing different health traditions as competing philosophies, Andrew sees them as complementary ways of understanding well-being. His approach brings together evidence-informed naturopathic care, Traditional Chinese Medicine, nutrition and lifestyle medicine to provide guidance that is thoughtful, practical and centred on the individual.
He founded Veridian with a simple vision: to create a calm, thoughtful practice where people feel respected, supported and empowered to become active participants in their long-term health.

Ongoing study in Functional Medicine, Women's Health, Clinical Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Psychology, and Neuroscience.
Professional liability insurance maintained.
“Health is more than the absence of disease. Symptoms are valuable signals, not inconveniences. Healing is collaborative. Education is central. Healthcare should feel calm, thoughtful, and unhurried.”
